Terms of Service

By creating a Reply Auto account or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're using Reply Auto on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that company to these terms.

These terms may change over time. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance via email and a banner in the product.

You're responsible for the security of your account credentials and for any activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@replyauto.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

A workspace owner can add or remove members. Workspace data is scoped to the workspace; members of one workspace cannot see data from another workspace they do not belong to.

You may not use Reply Auto to send replies that violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property, harass any person, or impersonate someone you are not authorized to represent.

We reserve the right to suspend access to accounts that we reasonably believe are being used in violation of these terms.

Reply Auto integrates with Meta (Facebook + Instagram), Shopify, and AI providers used to draft replies. Your use of these services through Reply Auto is also subject to those services' own terms.

We're not responsible for outages, policy changes, or behavior of third-party services we integrate with. If a third party changes their terms in a way that affects Reply Auto's functionality, we'll do our best to communicate clearly and quickly.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you select. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from workspace settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.

You retain all rights to the content you bring into Reply Auto (your brand voice, product catalog, customer comments, replies). You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service.

We do not use your content to train AI models, sell it to third parties, or display it outside your workspace.

The Reply Auto service, including the software, design, and brand, is the property of Reply Auto. These terms do not transfer any of our IP to you.

Feedback you give us about the product is appreciated and may be used to improve the service without obligation to you.

Reply Auto is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

AI-generated replies are suggestions, not guarantees. You're responsible for reviewing and approving the replies your workspace sends, regardless of auto-reply settings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of Reply Auto is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

You may stop using Reply Auto at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these terms, or if we are required to do so by law.

On termination, you can export your data for a 30-day window. After that we may permanently delete your workspace's data.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.
